OK2Roll (OK2Roll) is a private company. We are not part of FMCSA, the IRS or any state agency.

What we collect

The free check needs no account. When you check a USDOT, MC number or company name, our server asks FMCSA for that public record and sends it to you. For inspections, insurance filings, the hazmat flag and the day the USDOT number was added, it also asks FMCSA's open data site (data.transportation.gov), sending only the USDOT number. We don't save what you look up.

What stays on your phone

The dates you type, your answers, your language and the steps you mark done are saved only in this phone's browser. Clear your browser data to remove them.

Insurance renewal plans

Renewal drafts stay in browser memory unless you save them to an account. Saved plans keep your dates, choices and confirmations, with up to 10 earlier versions each. The account insurance change log keeps up to 50 entries. This flow does not collect policy numbers or document files. Public filing observations are shown separately from your reports. Neither confirms your actual coverage. Deleting the active account removes its saved plans; the limits on other services and backup copies above still apply.

MCS-150 preparation worksheets

MCS-150 drafts stay in browser memory unless saved to an account. Saved worksheets contain business details, scope choices, mileage periods and amounts, vehicle and driver counts, and your review report. We keep up to 10 earlier versions per worksheet and 50 MCS-150 change entries per account. This flow does not collect tax identifiers, passwords, signatures or document files. Public information and your entries are separate; neither is verified agency approval. Deleting the active account removes its worksheets, subject to the other-service and backup limits described above.

Browser companion

Sharing a reviewed worksheet lets the desktop extension hold its supported business fields in browser session storage. The connection expires after 15 minutes; expiry is checked before actions, not a promise of deletion at an exact time. Disconnect, fully quitting Chrome or restarting it clears shared extension fields. Closing a tab or window alone does not. It checks only named practice fields and fills after your click. No government cookies, passwords, tax numbers, signatures, payments, AI, screenshots or server storage are used. Changed or closed worksheet tabs stop filling. Values already filled in practice stay until you clear or close it. Live government form filling is not supported.

The iPhone app

If you use the OK2Roll iPhone app: your carrier, the dates you type, the steps you mark done, your language and photos of your papers stay only on that phone. The app sends our server only the USDOT numbers you look up and, if you sign in, your phone number and code. Date reminders are set on the phone itself. Pro is bought through Apple; we never see your card. Delete the app to remove what it keeps.

Government sign-in and payment details

Do not enter government account passwords, PINs, one-time codes, Social Security or ITIN numbers, or card numbers into OK2Roll. The customer profile uses a separate passphrase you create to encrypt its saved information.

Links you share

A share link shows only the public FMCSA record, looked up when someone opens it. Anyone with the link can open it.

Questions you ask

When question help is enabled, we send your question and limited step categories to Anthropic or OpenAI to write an answer. Recognized ID numbers and passwords are blocked. Application worksheet values are not sent to AI by this feature.

Server records

Our server sees your internet address to stop abuse, like any website. It does not keep it with anything you look up.
